A protective cap attachment process line is provided to reduce a line installation cost by not using separate process lines for attaching a metal cap to an organic deposition glass and attaching a glass cap to an organic deposition glass. A protective cap attachment process line includes a first transfer chamber(C41), a second transfer chamber(C45), a third transfer chamber(C49), and a fourth transfer chamber(C52). The first transfer chamber(C41) has a transfer robot(R1) and is connected to an attachment chamber(C42) and a dispensing chamber(C43). The first transfer chamber(C41) and the second transfer chamber(C45) are connected to each other by a first buffer chamber(C44). The second transfer chamber(C45) is connected to a glass attachment chamber(C46) and a compound chamber(C47) which are located on both sides of the second transfer chamber(C45). The second transfer chamber(C45) and the third transfer chamber(C49) are connected to each other by a supplying and carrying out chamber(C48). The third transfer chamber(C49) has a transfer robot(R3). A second buffer chamber(C50) is connected to one side of the third transfer chamber(C49), and an unloading chamber(C51) is connected to the other side of the third chamber(C49). The fourth transfer chamber(C52) has a transfer robot(R4), and is connected to the unloading chamber(C51). An organic deposition glass is loaded on the second buffer chamber(C50). A carrying out chamber(C53) is connected to one side of the fourth transfer chamber(C52), and a carrying out line(L5) is connected to the other side of the fourth transfer chamber(C52). The carrying out line(L5) carries out a metal can tray. |
