The invention relates to the branch of industry intended for storage and transport of capacities with low-viscosity liquids, prevents forgery and repeated filling of capacities. A combination of a protective cover and a container where the container includes a housing, a neck with collar, at that the protective cover includes a screw cover fixed by means of thread on external bushing connected by edges with internal bushing with formation of passage channels, an elastic element with flow opening and protrusions, which form a circular cavity open on top with located in it lower part of internal bushing with formation of clearance between bottom and protrusions of elastic element, a metal casing fixed on the screw cover, in this case the latter is made along the outline with control indicator collar. The metal casing is made from two contiguous parts, whose edges are roll into the control indicator collar with possibility of release by one of the edges during unscrewing of the cover. On the end face of the collar stopping edges are made with preset spacing and a circular groove is on the side surface of the collar, in this case in the lower part of the external bushing a coming out flange with circular groove is made, into which the metal casing is rolled for fixation in the axial direction, in the upper part of the elastic element an annular sealing flange is located, on end of which the stopping axial slits are made with preset spacing, which have pointed apexes, and in the lower part of the elastic element an annular protrusion is located, on internal surface of which the ripple are made for fixation with stopping edges of container. The embodiment of invention ensures high level protection against opening, hermetic sealing of the container and simplification of design.
