The invention relates to heat engineering, in particular to heat exchange surfaces that can be used in heat exchange units for different purposes, and in other fields of engineering to carry heat exchange processes between two liquid or gaseous media through wall where it is needed to intensify heat exchange at restricted increase of hydraulic resistance. Pack of plate exchanger is formed with punched heat exchange plates with spherical depressions at one side of plate and respective bosses at other side of plate placed one over another with formation of channels for passage of heat carrier. Spherical depressions (bosses) on heat exchange plates are arranged in corridor order, heat exchange plates are placed one over another with displacement by half-pitch in long and transverse directions, at that height of channels is fixed with bosses that in their upper point are in contact with flat part of heat exchange plate in between of four depressions, density of placement of spherical depressions (bosses) on heat exchange plate is equal to 25-40% of its total area, and depth of spherical depressions depends on diameter of projection of depressions to plane of plate and corresponds to ratio h/D = 0,15...0,3, where h - depth of sphericaldepression, D - diameter of spherical depression. The invention provides increase of coefficient of heat transfer and economy of material and power resources.
