PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal device capable of suppressing the effect to a display due to moisture penetrating a liquid crystal sealing region from a liquid crystal injection hole, to provide a manufacturing method of the liquid crystal device, and to provide electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal device comprises: a pair of substrates oppositely arranged via a frame-like seal material 52; and liquid crystal 50 enclosed in a region surrounded by the pair of substrates and the seal material 52, wherein an island-like part 201 having a width larger than an opening width of the liquid crystal injection hole 200 as viewed from the opening direction of the liquid crystal injection hole 200 is formed on the region side of the liquid crystal injection hole 200 in which the liquid crystal 50 is enclosed, and the island-like part 201 and the seal material 52 are integrally adhered by an encapsulating material 210.
