Provided are a method for treating the animal and vegetable byproducts to use them as resources to recycle resources and to prevent environmental pollution, and its system. A method comprises the steps of pulverizing animal and vegetable byproducts; compression dehydrating the pulverized one; vacuum drying it; pulverizing it; mixing the pulverized one with a functional feed material and drying it; pulverizing it; separating a solid part from the compression dehydrated liquid material and sending the separated one to the vacuum drying step; collecting the air containing offensive odor generated at the vacuum drying step and the mixing drying step to cool it; and treating the cooled air.
