A dishwasher is provided to be able to supply detergent from the exterior of a door during operation of the dishwasher even when the detergent is not inserted into the dishwasher before washing dishes. A dishwasher includes a door which opens and closes a tub selectively, and a detergent supply device(200). The detergent supply device contains: a detergent storage part(230) which is penetrated inside the door and stores detergent; an outer cover(210) which is installed at the outside of the door and opens the detergent storage part selectively, and inner cover(220) which is installed at the inside of the door and opens the detergent storage part selectively. The outer cover is opened downward and the inner cover is opened upward.
