<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively inexpensive micro hydraulic power generator, without requiring a battery that not only improves the safety while preventing failures of a windmill, a generator, and a demand load instrument or the like and failures or breakage of the windmill and generator, but also has a miniaturized inverter. <P>SOLUTION: In the micro hydraulic power generator 10 a three-phase generator 14, a rectifier 16, a DC voltage detector 18, the inverter 20, an AC current detector 22, and a demand load 50 are connected in turn by distribution lines 18a, 20a, and 22a. A DC-voltage signal showing a DC voltage detected with the DC voltage detector 18 is inputted to a DC voltage level controller 24 through a signal line 24a.
