PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of preventing a melt loss of a brazing filler metal in a manufacturing process of a secondary winding of a transformer. SOLUTION: The transformer 10 is provided with: primary windings 16a, 16b formed by winding conductor wires; the secondary winding 18 to which a copper pipe 62 configuring a coolant flow path 60 is cast; cut cores 14a, 14b comprising laminated steel plates for combining the primary windings 16a, 16b with the secondary winding 18; and copper collars 64a, 64b joined to ends of the copper pipe 61 as joints. The copper pipe 62 and the copper collars 64a, 64b are braze-joined at a brazing part 68. A coating layer 70 including aluminum oxide and zirconium silicate is formed to whole faces of the copper pipe 62, the copper collars 64a, 64b, and the brazing part 68. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
