<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar signal processing apparatus for a pulse compression radar, capable of reducing the amount of operations for pulse compression processing. <P>SOLUTION: The processing apparatus includes a reference signal generating circuit for generating a pulse compression reference signal, based on a composite chirp modulating pulse signal, compositing a chirp modulated pulse signal of a short distance beam and a chirp modulated pulse signal of a long-distance beam, a received signal processing circuit for generating a composite received signal, by combining the received signal of the short distance beam and the received signal of the long distance beam, and a pulse compression processing circuit for performing pulse compression processing on the composite received signal by the pulse compression reference signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
