TECHNIQUE FOR TEMPORAL CLOSURE OF PERITONEAL WALL IN PATIENTS WITH PURULENT NECROTIC PANCREATITIS

A technique for the temporal closure of the peritoneal wall in patients with the purulent necrotic pancreatitis comprises the installation of the synthetic intra-abdominal plate between the parietal peritoneum and the internal organs. The silicon gel plate (MedGel) is used for this purpose. The plate is fixed with the sutures on one side while on three other sides the flap is fixed as the ties. On the side of the skin the lining of the same material is placed under the sutures.
