PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting and receiving system in which each terminal transmits and receives data through a radio line or cable line, wherein its system structure is simplified and an amount that each terminal is wired to the radio line and cable line is decreased. SOLUTION: In the data transmitting and receiving system in which each terminal transmits and receives data through the radio line or cable line; each terminal, the radio line, and the cable line can be connected to a network via an IP module which can convert analog data into digital data.
