Control device of the electrostatic actuator type consisting of at least two fixed pieces (10 11) opposite each other, each including a movable rigid flat part (12; 13) forming an electrode, at least one of the electrodes being covered by at least one dielectric layer (19; 20), at least one of the electrodes being additionally able to switch between two rest positions upon a control voltage being set up, generating an electrostatic force between the said electrodes, in such a way that the latter are parallel when they are in their rest position in proximity to one another and capable of coming into contact, characterised in that each moving part (12; 13) is linked, opposite a free end, to the fixed part (10; 11) on which it depends via a flexible region (14; 15) forming a spring, and positioned in the region of the free end of the moving part linked to the fixed part (11; 10) which faces it, according to a head-to-tail arrangement. <IMAGE>
