PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily movable or extendable floating body type marine structure considering environment, and its construction method. SOLUTION: This environmentally-considered floating body type marine structure K comprises a foundation B including the required number of hollow block bodies 1 disposed at predetermined spaces. The hollow block bodies 1 have pile holes 2 formed penetrating in a predetermined array, and joining protrusion parts 3 protrusively formed at the peripheral edge parts. The hollow block bodies 1 are supported in a half-diving manner by rotational penetrating type piles 10 disposed in the pile holes 2, and the adjacent joining protrusion parts 3, 3 are joined to each other by an extensible joint member 5.
