<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a drinking port to be opened or closed repeatedly, easily and easily for several times without removing a lid from a cup, improve a heat-insulating characteristic while the lid is being made thin and prevent the lid from being heated. <P>SOLUTION: A cup with a lid is made such that a lid 2 is removably connected to the opening 1A of a circular cup 1. The lid 2 has a second lid 20 laminated outside a first lid 10. The first lid 10 is set such that a removable engaging part 12 is connected to the outer periphery of a closing plate 11 having a mouth 14 opened and the removable engaging part 12 is removably connected to a reinforcing ring 1B. The second lid 20 is set such that a rotary engaging part 22 is connected to the outer periphery of the opening or closing plate 21 having an opening or closing port 24 to open or close the mouth 14 of the closing plate 11 and a rotary engaging part 22 is rotatably connected to the removable engaging part 12 of the first lid 10.
