<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric driving device capable of preventing an increase in a load or an increase in a driving time by preventing a rotor from rotating due to an external force in driving stop without providing a restriction means such as a jumper. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric driving device 10 includes a piezoelectric actuator 20, a rotor 30 operated with the piezoelectric actuator, a rotor guide 320 for rotatably supporting the rotor, a pressing spring 50 for allowing a vibrator 21 and the rotor 30 to press to each other, and a driving controller of the piezoelectric actuator 20. A ratchet mechanism 60 for restricting the rotation of the rotor 30 in a first direction and permitting the rotation in a second direction is provided on the rotor 30 or a wheel train 40. The piezoelectric actuator is set so that a retaining moment based on the maximum static friction force generated by pressing of the vibrator on the rotor may be always larger than a moment for rotating the rotor in a second direction by an external force applied when the piezoelectric actuator is stopped, and the static friction force restricts the rotation of the rotor in the second direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
