PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nonflammable decorative board which does not have chipping, exfoliation of a decorative layer at the time of cut processing, a corner chipping at the time of construction, etc. SOLUTION: In the nonflammable decorative board 6 containing a core layer and decorative coated paper, the core layer is constituted of a prepreg 2 in which a slurry composed of an organic component and an inorganic bulking agent is immersed in inorganic fiber nonwoven fabric base material as well as resin-immersed underlay paper in which an organic component of 50 to 300% is immersed by a calculating method indicated by a numerical formula 1: Percentage of constituent (%)=((immersed paper weight-base material weight)/base material weight)×100, to a base material having a basis weight of 10 to 100 g/m<SP>2</SP>is intervened between the decorative coated paper and the core layer. The percentage of the constituent of the organic component in the prepreg is 3 to 20% by a calculating method indicated by a numerical formula 2: Percentage of constituent (%)=(organic component/(glass fiber nonwoven fabric + organic component + inorganic bulking agent))×100.
