PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a studless tire which can improve wear-resistance performance while improving damping performance on ice and handling stability on ice and to provide a studless tire manufactured by this manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The studless tire is manufactured by using a rubber member consisting of a rubber strip roll formed by spirally rolling a rubber strip. In this manufacturing process of the studless tire, a false groove is provided between a strip upper layer rubber section and a strip lower layer rubber section. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
