PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform-measuring device capable of increasing the number of gradations, even for a liquid crystal monitor having few input bits. SOLUTION: This device has improvements on waveform-measuring device added for converting a waveform to be measured into digital data, compressing the digital data, and displaying a waveform on a liquid crystal monitor. The device is provided with a display processing part for performing waveform display by making the luminance change, by time-sharing waveform display of one screen portion with a frame unit, corresponding to the frequency of duplication of digital data after compression in each pixel of the liquid crystal monitor.
