PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for analysis of a tactile sense, capable of acquiring the movement of an individual as tactile sense information, quantitatively grasping it, and extracting characteristics of movement from it. SOLUTION: An input means 2 acquires tactile sense information of time-serial reaction forces when the individual is made to move. The tactile sense information acquired by the input means 2 is analyzed and processed so as to be visualized in a time domain by a processing means 3 to extract frequency characteristics on the movement of the individual on the basis of results of this analysis and processing at an extraction means 24. It is thereby possible to acquire the movement of the individual as tactile sense information, quantitatively grasp it, and extract characteristics of movement from it on frequencies characteristic of various items of information such as skills of skilled engineers and characteristics and habits of the movements of individuals.
