PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser microscope capable of selectively performing detection of Raman scattering light and observation of Coherent Antistokes Raman Scattering (CARS) light without moving an observation sample and capable of effectively selecting a vibration frequency for CARS light observation without needing complicated work. SOLUTION: The sample is irradiated coaxially by CARS excitation light and Raman scattering excitation light by laser irradiation optical systems (3, 4, 5, 6), and the CARS light is detected by a CARS light detecting means 12 and Raman scattering light is detected by a Raman scattering light detecting means 13.
