PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed shaft type dynamic pressure bearing device capable of preventing degradation of the bearing performance attributable to insufficient feed of lubricating oil. SOLUTION: The dynamic pressure bearing device 1 comprises a stationary side shaft member 11, a rotary member 10 storing the shaft member 11 in its inner circumference, and a radial bearing clearance formed between the shaft member 11 and the rotary member 10. The shaft member 11 comprises a shaft part 2 and a porous sleeve part 8 fixed to an outer circumferential surface 2a of the shaft part 2.
