<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module that achieves reduction in thickness and weight, corresponds to a curved-face shape, and is applicable to a vehicle exterior material or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module 1 includes a front face cover member 2 arranged on the side where a solar beam enters, a backside cover member 3 arranged on the side opposite to the side, where a solar beam enters, so as to face the front face cover member 2, and a solar cell 4 arranged between the front face cover member 2 and the backside cover member 3. The front face cover member 2 and the backside cover member 3 are respectively composed of a glass-filler containing thermoplastic resin molding. A parallel-beam transmittance of the front face cover member 2 is≥65% while haze is less than 30. It is preferable that a linear-expansion coefficient (×10<SP>-5</SP>/°C) of the glass-filler containing thermoplastic resin molding is 3.0-6.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
