<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector device simplifying structure and corresponding to high speed transmission. <P>SOLUTION: The connector device includes a flexible cable 31, a housing 32, a containing portion 34, a wall portion 35, and a leaf spring 36. The containing portion 34 is formed inside the housing 32, and a terminal 29A of a counter connector device 28 is inserted to the containing portion 34. The wall portion 35 is opposed to the flexible cable 31, and forms one surface of the containing portion 34. The leaf spring 36 is provided inside the containing portion 34, and adhered to a surface of the flexible cable 31 reverse to a surface in which a conductor portion of the flexible cable 31 is exposed.
