The invention provides a display device driven by an active matrix that does not lead to display quality declining and product cost rising greatly, and ensures larger display area, the invention also provides an active matrix circuit substrate as a structure component. By using a method of a low voltage power line and high voltage power line being centralized on a pixel drive circuit of a drive pixel electrode in the periphery of a perforation hole, a low voltage connection part and a high voltage connection part that are connected with the low voltage power line and the high voltage power line respectively, thus, set space by the power line is centralized and saved. Because space of the low voltage power line and high voltage power line is saved in an avoidance portion, display area can increase saved amount. |
