PURPOSE: A butterfly valve of a biaxial pressure type having a dual sealing function is provided to control the opening and closing of a flow path by using a dual seat tight structure, thereby keeping the improved sealing property. CONSTITUTION: A butterfly valve of a biaxial pressure type having a dual sealing function comprises a flow path(11), a valve body(1), and a valve disc. Spaced installation members(112) and flange installation grooves(113) are successively formed in the flow path. A main body seat(2) and a sub body seat are formed in the inner circumference of the flow path. The sub body sheet adheres closely to one side of the spaced installation member. A fixing flange is inserted into the flange installation groove. A main disc seat and a sub disc seat are installed in the circumference of the valve disc.
