PURPOSE: A lighting apparatus for flash over inside of vehicles is provided to improve the sensuousness of the vehicle interior among the night driving since the light source. CONSTITUTION: The louver(30) is included in the outlet and is included of the light guiding material. The light source examines the light in louver. The light source is corresponded to the rotary shaft(32) of louver. Outlet comprises the backer panel and case(42). The backer panel(40) is installed to rotate the louver. The case has the backer panel corresponding to the rotary shaft and the light source(50).
