PURPOSE: A fiber filter apparatus is provided to adjust charge density of a fiber filtering part easily, and to improve a filtering and a back-washing processes by removing solid materials in the fiber filtering part. CONSTITUTION: A fiber filter apparatus(1) includes a filter container(10), a filtering water collect pipe(20), a fiber filtering part(30), a filtering part pressurization plate(40), and an actuator(50). An inlet(12) is equipped on the bottom of the filter container. A filtering water outlet(14) is equipped on the top of the filter container. An upper member(102) and a lower member(104) are equipped on the ton and the bottom of the filter container. A protrusion part(106,108) is formed on the bottom of a lower plate member and the top of an upper plate member. The inlet has an inflow water valve(120).
