PURPOSE: A construction panel is provided to have a beautiful appearance by a surface finishing layer made of decorative stone on the exposed surface. CONSTITUTION: A construction panel comprises a panel member(21) which has a hollow, a sheet(22), a synthetic resin foam(23), and a surface finishing layer(27). The sheet closes an opening of the panel member. The synthetic resin foam is inserted to the hollow of the panel member. The surface finishing layer made of decorative stone is formed on the sheet surface of the panel member. The surface finishing layer is exposed to the outside.
