PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a motor controller capable of bringing a torque generated in a motor, in each operating condition, close to an allowable torque.SOLUTION: A motor controller 1 includes a detector 11 for detecting the motor rotation speed, a storage unit 12 for storing an allowable torque at the time of the motor rotation speed detected by the detector 11, a first torque offset generated in the reverse direction of the direction of movement of a mobile 3, a second torque offset generated in one direction regardless of the direction of movement of a mobile 3, the moment of inertia of the rotor of a motor 2, the load inertia moment, and the conversion factors for converting the motor rotation angle in the rotational motion of the motor 2 into the travel during direct-acting motion in the mobile, and an acceleration calculation unit 13 for calculating an acceleration command of the motor 2 for each direction of movement of a mobile 3, and each acceleration operation and deceleration operation, by using the allowable torque, first torque offset, second torque offset, rotor inertia moment, load inertia moment, and conversion factors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
