Disclosed is an energy harvester for harvesting electric energy using a potential difference. The energy harvester according to an embodiment of the present invention includes polar fluid including molecules having electric dipole characteristics, a fluid storage part which stores the polar fluid, a first conductivity type pipe connected to the fluid storage part, an insulating layer with an insulating material coated on the inner wall of the first conductivity type pipe, and an electric wire which connects the fluid storage part and the first conductivity type pipe.
