The present invention provides a liquid crystal display device. The liquid crystal display device includes: a gate wire and a data wire disposed to intersect with each other on a first substrate; multiple thin film transistor protrusions disposed in parallel with the gate wire on the first substrate overlapping the gate wire; a second substrate disposed to face the first substrate; a column spacer for maintaining a cell gap, disposed on the second substrate and intersecting with the thin film transistor protrusion to come to come in contact with the thin film transistor protrusion; and a liquid crystal filled in a space between the first substrate and the second substrate is filled. Therefore, a bonding margin and an overlay margin can be obtained, which prevents a defect. |
