The present invention relates to an undersea mooring device collection apparatus. The undersea mooring device collection apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a locking unit which includes at least one locking piece rotating about a center rod to lock the rope of a mooring device; a center rod which allows the rope locked on the locking unit to be wound; a collection body to which one end of the center rod is fixed and which is provided with a weight; and a wire, one end of which is fixed to the collection body, and the other end is fixed to a bobbin of a floating body and is wound. Accordingly, at the time of collecting various kinds of mooring devices placed and operated on the sea bottom, it is possible to easily collect the mooring device by winding a rope.
