FIELD: textile and paper.SUBSTANCE: fabric (10) has reinforcement system (11) of reinforcing threads (13) of base and reinforcing threads (14) of woof, which without interweaving are laid on each other in two different reinforcing layers (16, 17) and, so to say, are freely lying structure. Reinforcing threads (13), (14) are formed by reinforcing yarn (15). From binding yarn (30) with low titre than that of reinforcing yarn (15), is formed binding system (12) of threads (20) of base and threads (21) of weft. Weaving of fabric is performed exclusively in binding system (12). Reinforcing system (11) is enclosed between binding threads (20) of base, on one side, and binding threads (21) of weft, on other side, and supported thereby. In binding system (12) there are areas (22) of weaving. In each point (22) of weaving binding thread (20) of base is arranged and retained between standard threads (25) of base and crossing threads (24) of base of one pair (23) of binding threads (20) of base. Between two adjacent points (22) of weaving of one pair (23) of warp threads standard threads (25) of base and crossing threads (24) of base have at least one point (26) of crossing. All threads (13), (20) of base pass in direction (K) of warp threads in fact, parallel to each other. All threads (14), (21) of weft pass in direction (S) of weft essentially parallel to each other and across direction (K) of warp threads.EFFECT: disclosed is fabric (10) for use in composite materials.15 cl, 9 dwg |
