The present invention relates to a microorganism isolation-culture apparatus and a method for recycling waste microorganism culture medium. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for recycling a waste microorganism culture medium, which is eco-friendly since various useful bioactive materials can be produced and an amount of carbon dioxide is reduced by recycling a waste medium discarded after culturing microorganism. In addition, the method ensures economic feasibility as well by reducing costs in the waste medium treatment process which is hard to handle. The present invention further relates to a microorganism isolation-culture apparatus used therefor.
