The present invention relates to a tool exchange device and, more specifically, to a pick-up type tool exchange device which minimizes a distance between tool ports which are adjacent to each other to make better use of a working space by enabling the tool ports to be individually moved up and down for a tool to be automatically exchanged and mounted in a spindle. According to the present invention, the pick-up type tool exchange device comprises: a case; a plurality of tool ports; a support plate; a waterproof protrusion; a plurality of mount cylinder; and a cylinder position detection sensor. |
