PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat device capable of improving a light performance effect in an entire mat while securing the wide area of light emitted from an optical fiber itself.SOLUTION: The mat device includes a mat body 10 laid on a floor surface, and is configured to emit light from a light emitting part 30 provided in the mat body. The mat body has the light emitting part laid on its peripheral edge, the light emitting body includes an optical fiber for receiving light from a light source on its end surface and emitting the received light from a side face on the extension of the light emitting part, and the optical fiber is fixed to the mat body along with a luminous material storing light to emit light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
