The present invention relates to: an SCP gene; an SCP mutant gene; a method for producing a genetically modified plant using the same; and a method for regulating the secretion of a secretory protein from a genetically modified plant cell body. When the SCP gene or SCP mutant gene of the present invention is used, it is possible to regulate the migration of TLP, a protein, wherein stress induces the secretion of the protein. Thus, it is possible to use a vector comprising the gene of the present invention so as to produce a genetically modified plant having enhanced stress resistance.
