The present invention relates to a method for modifying Teflon, which improves adhesive property of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) in Teflon. The method comprises blending a modifier with PVDF through dry blending. In the method, the modifier comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate (TMPTMA), syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene (RB), 2,3-dimethyl-2,3-diphenylbutane (Peradox 30), and high vinyl polybutadiene (RICON 153D).
