Provided are a liquid crystal panel and a display apparatus having the same. The liquid crystal panel comprises: a first substrate; a second substrate; a first common electrode formed on the first substrate; groove patterns formed on the second substrate; a plurality of first and second electrodes formed on the groove patterns; and a liquid layer inserted between the first and second substrates, wherein the liquid layer has spiral liquid materials uniformly placed. As such, the present invention provides a multi-view stereoscopic image.
