The present invention relates to a driving stabilizer apparatus for an electronic and magnetic FPL fluorescent lighting compatible type LED lamp and a stabilizer control method using the same. The driving stabilizer apparatus includes: a bridge rectifying circuit (10) converting a high-pressure input voltage (AC) into DC; a resonance preventing circuit (20) preventing an overvoltage, a surge, and a noise generated in a stabilizer trans; an overvoltage detecting circuit (30) detecting an undetected abnormal voltage; an overvoltage protecting circuit (40) filtering a detected abnormal voltage; a surge protecting circuit (50) providing a filtering operation; a PWM control (60) providing a switching operation; an oscillating and current amplifying circuit (70) amplifying a current; and a current control circuit (90) controlling to detect the current for a constant current of the rectifying circuit (90) converting the AC output into the DC. |
