According to the present invention, a breakdown and emergency notification device for a vehicle comprises: a storage box (100) of a rectangular structure provided with a cover (40) which is attached to an upper end thereof, is capable of opening and closing, and has a hole (30) through which a fluid flows, a space of a partition (20) shape formed inside a lower end thereof to store an article, an air inlet (50) and a handle formed on the lower end thereof, and a locking unit (60) attached thereto to lock after storing the article; a notification means (200) having an air injection port (10) formed in the hole through which the fluid flows on the upper end of the cover (40) of the storage box (100) to increase a volume thereof by expansion of a tube (210) when injecting air; and a gas supply means (300) stored in the storage box (100) to supply gas to the notification means (200). The storage box (100) stores the gas supply means (300), an energy storage means (400) which is a power supply source, and a wind power generation device (500) which uses surplus air remaining after expanding the notification means to produce electricity. A tripod (230) and a danger sign (240) for notifying an emergency situation and a direction indicator light (220) for inducing and guiding a direction are installed on the notification means (200). The notification means (200) comprises a pressure sensor (250) to detect an expansion pressure in the tube (210). |
