A mackerel burger is prepared by a method which prepares a patty obtained by mixing vegetable ingredients, such as beans, instead of animal meat, such as pork, and inserting the prepared patty between pieces of bread, although a conventional burger was prepared by inserting an animal meat, such as pork, between pieces of bread. In addition, as to a seasoning to be used, seasonings added to general foods are put to give a taste. A sintoburi (meaning that the domestic farm products are the best) local crops, such as soybeans, glutinous rice, potatoes, and sweet potatoes, which are currently produced a lot in Korea, are very easily found in the country and are used as a raw ingredient of crop flour for the mackerel burger, whereby there is no needs for importing ingredients and agricultural consumption may be maximized. A feature of the cooking method is that the ingredients are not animal ingredients but pure vegetable ingredients, so food is good for our body. In order to implement the present invention, the method includes: harvesting, washing, and grinding soybeans and glutinous rice to prepare soybean flour and glutinous rice flour; mixing the soybean flour and the glutinous rice flour together and heating the resultant mixture at high temperature (300C °) to prepare a patty in a sold form, like a rice cake; and baking pieces of typical bread with margarine, or the like, and then inserting the patty made of beans and vegetables between the pieces of bread to. The mackerel burger is expected to provide effects of being consumed with bread as a dietary food, as mackerel is high in unsaturated fats and proteins good for human body and becoming popular as future Korean traditional food among men and women of all ages. |
