Provided are a key generation method, device and system, which relate to the field of communications. The method comprises: after receiving a first command, a UE which is located in a first standard network acquires a type identifier of a second standard network which needs to provide a service for the UE, wherein the first command is a service request response message, or a switching command, or any message in an air interface security activation process; the UE determines, according to the type identifier of the second standard network, a key of the first standard network and a non-access layer (NAS) serial number of the first standard network, an access key using a pre-set key derivation algorithm; and the UE generates, according to the access key, an access layer (AS) key of the second standard network. The present invention can solve the problems of a longer overall communication delay of a heterogeneous network and a greater communication load of the heterogeneous network, thereby achieving the effects of reducing the overall communication delay of the heterogeneous network and reducing the communication load of the heterogeneous network. The present invention is used in the communication of a heterogeneous network. |
