PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading device and the like capable of reducing deterioration in image quality.SOLUTION: An image reading device comprises: a first circuit block 510 that includes a first light receiving element PD1, a first current circuit (a transistor M31), and a first holding part C1; and a second circuit block that includes a second light receiving element PD2, a second current circuit (a transistor M32), and a second holding part C2. The first current circuit generates a first current. The second current circuit generates a second current. The first holding part C1 holds a transferred first output signal. The second holding part C2 holds a transferred second output signal. The first circuit block 510 and the second circuit block 520 are electrically connected with a common ground terminal GND. The first current circuit is electrically connected with first gate wiring Wg1 for applying a first gate voltage. The second current circuit is electrically connected with a second gate wiring Wg2 for applying a second gate voltage.
