PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device of high carrier mobility, and capable of improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device includes a quantum dot integration part 1 where a first quantum dot layer 1a containing an n-type component as a dope component, and a second quantum dot layer 1b containing a p-type component as a dope component are laminated. The number of atoms per unit volume of the n-type component in the first quantum dot layer 1a is larger than the number of atoms per unit volume of the p-type component in the second quantum dot layer 1b. Preferably, the number of atoms per unit volume of the n-type component in the first quantum dot layer 1a is 10 times or more of the number of atoms per unit volume of the p-type component in the second quantum dot layer 1b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
