PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp device capable of improving heat radiation properties while securing insulation properties of an outline, and capable of performing light distribution control by arranging a reflector.SOLUTION: A lamp device 10 includes an insulation housing 11 which opens on one end side. A translucent cover 17 is provided on one side of the insulation housing 11. A first heat radiation body 13 includes: a light emitting module mounting part 33 arranged in the insulation housing 11; and a side wall part 34 protruding toward the one end side of the insulation housing 11 from the light emitting module mounting part 33, and arranged along the inside of the insulation housing 11. A second heat radiation body 14 is brought into contact with the other end side of the first heat radiation body 13, and arranged along the inside of the insulation housing 11. The light emitting module 12 is mounted on the light emitting module mounting part 33 opposing to the translucent cover 17. A reflector 15 is arranged inside the side wall part 34 of the first heat radiation body 13 and between the light emitting module mounting part 33 and the translucent cover 17.
