摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tactile display for attaining stroke increase of a stimulator, and improving a mode and a position of stimulation to be given to the palm to accurately match the presented shape to the sensed shape.SOLUTION: A tactile display includes: a stimulator 3 which is a part contacting finger parts of the palm to give the finger parts push-in deviation; a piezoelectric element 7 as a driving source for deviating the stimulator 3; and a lever mechanism 4 as a mechanism for transmitting stress to be generated by extension and contraction of the piezoelectric element 7 to the stimulator 3. The lever mechanism 4 includes a beam 6 as a rod-like member which rotates around a roughly horizontal axis (axis center α) in a roughly perpendicular plane (XZ plane). The piezoelectric element 7 is arranged in such a direction that extension and contraction directions of the piezoelectric element 7 become roughly perpendicular to the palm, one end 6a of the beam 6 is connected to the stimulator 3, and the other end 6b of the beam 6 is connected to the piezoelectric element 7.
