COLD ROLLING OIL WITH LUBRICOUS AND CLEAN PROPERTY

The cold rolling oil is consists of animal/vegetable oil and aliphatic ester that a number of carbon of poly alcohol selected among penta erythriol and sorbitol and neopentyl glycol and trimethyol propane is 14-24. The extreme rolling oil is made from acid phosphoric ester and organosulforous compound of which formulation is 1:4 - 1:10 as weight ratio. The cold rolling oil of foil sheet is manufactured by adding 7-10 % of an extreme rolling oil based on weight of total rolling oil. After rolling, the foil sheet of high quality without stain can be made without electrolytic degreasing process.
