<p>Basic monoazo dyestuff of the formula where R is alkyl, R1 is phenyl or substituted phenyl, R2 and R3 are various organic substituents and X is an anion, which dyestuffs are useful in dyeing polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, polyurethane, polyester and especially polyacrylonitrile fibers with intense, level dyeings having good fastness to light and other good general fastness properties, having good stability within a wide pH range, having good affinity in aqueous solutions at different pH values and usually reserving wool wall.</p> |
