PURPOSE:To make the passable properties of ink good in an elastic body and make the ink follow securely to high speed writing. CONSTITUTION:Usually a core 8 is protruded out of a small diameter 4 by the elasticity of an elastic body 9. The elastic body 9 is compressed by pressing the core 8 to a paper face at the time of writing to blot the ink absorbed into the elastic body 9 for writing in a fine tube type writing tool. The elastic body 9 is constituted of a polyurethane foam of rib structure from which foaming films are removed by 50% or more. Further the voids of the elastic body 9 are deformed long and narrow by compressing, and meshes are formed densely, and the elastic body is installed on the fine tube-shaped writing tool so that the voids formed long and narrow are stretched in the ink passing direction. |
